There are offers that randomly pop up but you’ll see offers saying available in all Florida locations then get to one and the dealers, cashier, and players club never heard of it and don’t know why it’s says I have the offer in the app. Yet in my group of 5 friends I go with we all have the same offer in our unity apps. In specific; the “cash club- stay in the game” offer to buy chips at tables with debit or credit card”

The app has a lot of bugs and is very intrusive to privacy. A lot of spam emails as well.As for the Tampa casino location. Too many kids running around and a lot of ghetto people as well.The bathrooms are poorly kept, there is always something broken in the facility.RTP is horrible and has gotten worse. They are taking out all of the decent RTP games and replacing with high viability games that aren’t fun to play. The free play is fair the first time signing up and goes downhill from there. Spending a couple thousand dollars will get you $25-35 dollars “free play”As far as friendly wait staff, I have spent several hours and can never get a drink unless I go to the bar. And doing that you loose your machine because it’s so crowded.The cleaning crew gets in your personal space constantly. They also crank the music up to a level so loud you have to scream at the person next to you for them to hear you. Around 10PM. And again, all the kids come out to party at that point.I have been gaming for over 3 decades and have to say this is one of the worst I’ve seen in all my travels. And just a suggestion, raise the standards a bit Tampa Hard rock is quickly becoming like the ghetto cruise.

Customers beware: Hard Rock will not provide you with Unity Tiers or Points if you make purchases that are not linked to your Unity member account. I made $250 in purchases over the course of two weeks. At the time of downloading one of their apps for games, an account couldn’t be created due to an error with their webpage. I explained this error to their customer support and provided screenshots of my recent transaction to obtain credit. Hard Rock will not honor the points. It’s a tough hill to die on to lose a lifelong customer over $250. There’s plenty of other casino operators (MGM) that will take my money and reward me. You guys failed to be cheap.

I was granted icon status. They matched my platinum status from Borgota . I decided to book a room . I requested a king bed smoking room . When I went to check in I had to go to the front desk . I wasn’t offered mobile check in or mobile keys like Borgota. When I got to the desk I was told they didn’t have any smoking rooms available. So I dealt with that . When I got to my room it was not a suite , it was not a king bed , and it was a handicap room . Those things I was not told . Then when I was ready to check out I called the operator Bd was told , I had to be out by 12 , Borgota is 2 , I asked to speak with the front desk , I was told there is no direct line to the front desk . I asked if there was a drop box for my keys , was told they didn’t know . Was told to leave keys on my room . I asked how would they know if I checked out on time so I don’t get charged a late fee. I was told if I was worried about that to go to the front desk . Hard rock needs to update their system. This was when you check in on your phone you know exactly what you are getting, no front desk , no keys , no waiting . I was very disappointed that Hard rock is so behind in technology. Also tier status does not give you any perks . No free play or comps towards food .

Since I had took my lil break 22mths ago and now my I’ve returned it’s been an major upgrade/facelift and i must say it’s truly remarkable and breathtaking walking in the casino now but the buck doesn’t just stop there what y’all have done on the Unity app is not just bending the block ohhh no baby it’s like y’all said come ride with me somewhere and that ride wasn’t around to corner store to get snacks nope surely wasn’t. This is more like an escape to the four seasons resort of bora bora for 3wks all paid round trip it’s just that remarkable since joining the Unity By HardRock you guys have done an outstanding job and now sports betting has arrived superb but I just can’t even imagine what the update going to be like so I’m just waiting patiently to see what’s in store….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are so glad to have the buffet back and we’re very excited when because we are icons we got excellent service and cheaper rate on the buffet. We had the most wonderful waitress. She was top-notch and we told her so.She never let my husband‘s water glass go dry and she was right there to pick up our dishes as soon as we finished and she kept coming back to check on us, making sure everything was satisfactory.Those people that work for you make you look good. There is also a very good bathroom attendant in the bathroom next to the Rise. She has dark hair and dark rimmed glasses. I do not know her name, but she is excellent and she also makes you guys look good.I hope that you reward your best workers. Because these are two of the best.
