StressWatch displays your real-time Heart Rate Variability measurements taken by Apple Watch and shows when it falls below your average—a sign you may be stressed.
What we love: Adding cute and silly characters, like the sunglasses-wearing Mr. Fizz or the adorable Anxiety Cat, to the stress updates the app provides throughout the day. (Mr. Fizz will appear laid-back when your stress levels are low and anxious when they’re high.) You can even create your own theme using Live Photos, GIFs, and videos.

Quick tip: In the app’s settings, you can customize the names of StressWatch’s four stress-level categories. For example, feel free to switch “Great” to “Hunky Dory.”
Meet the creator: 100 Bad Ideas started as a two-person team that threw every bad idea they could think of into a shared document. Prior to creating StressWatch, they released the delightfully retro white-noise app B Side.
