Many people assume networking gets easier with experience, but the honest conversations at our SPS Women’s Alliance Network (SWAN) event in London showed a different story. For many professionals, connecting with purpose still takes confidence, practice and the right environment. That’s why this year’s theme, “Networking with Purpose,” resonated so strongly. It opened space for people to talk openly about what makes genuine connection challenging and what helps make it easier. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussions. And a special thanks to our speakers and panelists: Jo P., Helen Kopicki, Christina Banahan, Claire (Billenness) Ward, Jason Ross, Melanie Simpson, Daniel Stonard, MBA CMgr and Nicole Mangarella for shaping such a meaningful event!

Berlin, you had us at hello! 🖐🏼 Three inspiring days at the Smart Workspace Design Summit brought together forward-thinking leaders exploring how workplaces are transforming in a world shaped by hybrid work, new technologies and evolving expectations and we were proud to be part of the conversation. A standout moment was the session by Claire (Billenness) Ward, Chief Innovation Officer at SPS. Drawing on insights from the 2025 State of the Workplace Survey, she explored how organizations can unlock performance in the new world of work, and why productivity today requires more than tools: it calls for intentional design, empowered teams and human-centric experiences. Thank you to everyone who joined the discussion. Let’s continue shaping the future of work together! #SmartWorkspace #FutureOfWork #FlemingSWDS #WorkplaceTransformation

“How does that work?” “Why do you do it this way?” Last week, our Swiss teams joined this nationwide initiative where children visit workplaces, explore different professions, and imagine their own future. Our young guests got a look at how people, processes and technology come together at SPS and reminded us how powerful simple questions can be. Curiosity is often where progress and possibility begin. Thank you to our Zukunftstag visitors, we loved your questions.

In the past: analog and full of character. Today: digital and smart. After months of teamwork and fine-tuning, our first intelligent mailbox system for a client in Switzerland is live, a small revolution in how physical and digital worlds connect. What used to mean paper, sorting, and waiting now runs seamlessly and reliably, proof that even everyday processes can evolve with care and precision. The difference is hard to miss. #thepowerofpossibility #Innovation
