That’s a wrap at DCD Virginia. Here’s a recap. Exyte was proud to sponsor the DCD Leadership Summit. From identifying new collaboration opportunities to having engaging conversations with industry peers, our data center team demonstrated what the future of data centers could look like, and how Exyte is setting the pace. During the event, we hosted a session that brought together industry leaders from renowned companies. Damian Farr, President of Exyte’s Data Center Business Unit, shared how Exyte leverages Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) to boost efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance safety and predictability. The turning point of the session was Damian’s presentation on Kit of Parts, Exyte’s building block approach to accelerate delivery while tailoring projects to our clients' needs. Our Kit of Parts philosophy provides a library of proven, prefabricated elements that can be adapted and combined to suit each data center. This enables us to apply OSM quickly and effectively, capturing value at every stage. “We are seeing up to 30 percent shaved off schedules,” said Damian, emphasizing that together with our subsidiary Exentec, we can reduce lead times by executing work directly and eliminating the delays often associated with subcontractors. We are happy to announce that Exyte has completed the integration of Pharmaplan, marking the full transition of the Pharmaplan brand to Exyte and unifying biopharma engineering capabilities under one organization. This milestone follows Exyte’s 2024 acquisition of Pharmaplan to strengthen partnerships with Europe’s dynamic biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Pharmaplan’s pan-European footprint and specialist teams are now part of Exyte’s Biopharma & Life Sciences organization. Market and client feedback has been strongly positive. This is reflected in major wins, robust business acquisition, and a very strong order-intake development in 2025. Exyte’s Biopharma & Life Sciences global business unit is on track to reach a record order-intake level this year. “Bringing Pharmaplan fully into Exyte combines global delivery scale with five decades of life-sciences process and GMP expertise,” says Dr. Wolfgang Büchele, CEO of Exyte. “Our clients benefit from seamless EPC solutions, from concept design to compliant handover. We deliver with speed, precision, and reliability. Facilities are where pharmaceutical innovation becomes real.” Learn more: https://shorturl.at/TOHzI

Engineering solutions to create a greener tomorrow. Nikolay Goleshov is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Exyte. With years of experience, he has played a key role in a large-scale semiconductor fab project in Singapore. The fab addresses one of the semiconductor industry’s biggest environmental challenges: greenhouse gas emissions. On this project, Nikolay helped design a powerful alternative to traditional individual abatement systems, which are typically attached to each manufacturing tool. His solution was a centralized abatement system that can tackle perfluorocarbons, a potent greenhouse gas with high global warming potential. Discover more about this unique project and Nikolay’s centralized solution that significantly reduces harmful emissions: https://bit.ly/3WxiR8k #WeCreateABetterFuture
