The challenges are complex and constantly evolving, but we remained focused on the four pillars that shape the Mytheresa Ambition: MYPLANET, MYTALENT, MYPRODUCT and MYPOLICY. With each of these pillars, we’ve set concrete, ambitious and measurable goals and we’ve made meaningful strides towards our goals, such as measuring and limiting our impact on the planet, supporting responsible sourcing & consumption, and fostering inclusion and equal opportunities. We are proud of the progress we’ve made this year in transforming our ambition into concrete actions, but we remain conscious of the challenges ahead.
