Accountant- (Bangalore based) The person will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with hotel industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. • Prepare daily revenue and expense reports. • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. • Process payroll and ensure statutory tax compliance. • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Conduct monthly audits and inventory checks. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and local regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Proficiency in accounting software • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Civil Engineer – (QA/QC)-Bangalore based Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for ongoing projects. • Inspect and monitor materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. • Conduct site inspections and testing of concrete, steel, finishing, and other construction elements. • Identify non-conformities, prepare NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues. • Maintain QA/QC documentation including test reports, inspection records, and certifications. • Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety norms, and company quality policies. • Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality procedures and best practices. • Prepare periodic QA/QC reports and update management regularly. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • 3–6 years of QA/QC experience in hospitality projects. • Strong understanding of construction materials, testing methods, and IS/BIS standards. • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in hotel or resort construction preferred.
