🚨 We're hiring a Post-Production Head Location: Mumbai • Full-time • In-office (Andheri West) What you’ll own • Oversee the full post-production workflow - offline, online, edits, sound, colour, finishing, final delivery. • Lead and mentor the post team (editors, motion graphics, freelancers); maintain pace, quality and deadlines. • Review, refine and lock all key edits - creator content, branded films, DVCs, IPs. • Build efficient pipelines for media management, backups, QC and fast-turnaround edits. • Collaborate with directors, DOPs, producers and BD teams to keep creative intent intact. • Translate client feedback into clear next steps while protecting quality and narrative. • Strong command over both long-form and short-form editing • Integrate AI tools into workflows: rough cuts, transcripts, clean-ups, masking, and pacing improvements. • Push motion design quality (direction + hands-on execution where required). • Manage multiple parallel projects and keep output consistent across editors. • Constantly explore new tools, plugins, and techniques to sharpen workflow and creative quality.
