    On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we reaffirm our commitment to combating gender-based violence through education and awareness — a mission carried forward for years by the OTB Foundation through several initiatives, from school programs and safe-house support to social and employment reintegration projects, as well as listening and counseling services for victims. In line with this vision, together with OTB Foundation and Casa di Accoglienza delle Donne Maltrattate in Milan, we hosted an event at Marni HQ, streamed live for all Group colleagues. Opened by OTB Foundation Vice President Arianna Alessi, the initiative explored the meaning of gender-based violence and created a space to recognize, understand and take action, also thanks to the dedication and essential work carried out by organizations such as CADMI. Among these initiatives, in recent days the OTB Foundation organized the Mai Più event in collaboration with FAREXBENE ETS and Teatro Arcimboldi in Milan, where Valentina Pitzalis — survivor of an attempted femicide — shared her courageous testimony in front of over 2,000 students. #OTB #OTBGroup #OTBFoundation

    A journey into the craftsmanship behind the Tabi — Maison Margiela presents A TABI FILM, directed by Yuri Ancarani. A signature of the Maison since its debut in 1989, each pair comes to life through an intricate, fully hand-executed process: the base alone takes up to four hours to prepare before the mould is shaped from wood, followed by precise stitching and assembly. The practice gathers eleven artisans, each with their specific expertise, and each shoe is finished with a single white stitch. A TABI FILM documents technique and craft, capturing the essence of an icon that continues to endure.     Maison Margiela unveiled the first edition of the Tabi Collector’s Series with the launch of the limited-edition Tabi Broken Mirror Embroidery. Conceived as an annual celebration of the Maison’s iconic Tabi, the series explores innovative craftsmanship and material experimentation. The debut edition presents a three-dimensional interpretation of the Broken Mirror treatment, first introduced in the AW15 Artisanal Collection. Each pair is meticulously hand-embroidered with over 8,000 glass beads, sequins, and metallic embellishments.
