    1351 - Count Negative Numbers in a Sorted Matrix.

    Easy

    Given a m x n matrix grid which is sorted in non-increasing order both row-wise and column-wise, return the number of negative numbers in grid.

    Example 1:

    Input: grid = \[\[4,3,2,-1],3,2,1,-1,1,1,-1,-2,-1,-1,-2,-3]

    Output: 8

    Explanation: There are 8 negatives number in the matrix.

    Example 2:

    Input: grid = \[\[3,2],1,0]

    Output: 0

    Constraints:

    • m == grid.length

    • n == grid[i].length

    • 1 <= m, n <= 100

    • -100 <= grid[i][j] <= 100

    Follow up: Could you find an O(n + m) solution?
