About the Program:
The Fitch Elevate program is a 6-month paid, full time internship designed for individuals at early stages of their career, particularly those that have completed school and are choosing a work-based route instead of university. You’ll dive into real projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience in the role while following a structured learning and development curriculum. Expect a blend of on-the-job impact and classroom-style training led by industry professionals.
As part of this role, you may be expected to travel to London as part of the program orientation.

Fitch Solutions (Business Monitor International): Research Analyst
As a Research Analyst Intern at BMI (part of Fitch Solutions), you’ll support global analysts by helping gather data, conduct research, and create reports on topics like economics, politics, and industries. This role offers hands-on experience in research, writing, and data visualization, along with structured training and mentoring to help you build professional skills.
Ratings Operations Intern - Middle Office
As an Operations Intern in Fitch Ratings’ Middle Office, you’ll help support analysts with activities that deliver credit ratings across corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns, and other sectors. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes behind the global ratings workflow, collaborating with analysts, operations, IT, and other teams to ensure efficient execution aligned with regulatory and internal policies. You’ll learn how financial markets operate and build practical skills in a global business. This internship is a launchpad for a career in financial services, offering experience and connections across Fitch and the wider industry.
Fitch Group (Data Operations): Data Analyst Intern
As a Data Analyst Intern in the Data Operations team, you’ll help collect and review financial data from company reports to ensure it’s accurate and follows Fitch’s standards. You’ll also support internal and external queries, gaining experience with financial information, teamwork, and data tools.
Fitch Learning: Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant at Fitch Learning, you’ll help support learners and clients by managing course bookings, learning materials, and online platforms, while ensuring a smooth and professional learning experience. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and teamwork within a fast-paced, global training environment.
