I love this game, I had reached lvl 7K something, then I got a new device, and although I had my game saved, and I followed all the steps, it started from the very beginning. I got so disappointed. I have changed devices before and it was fine every time. I don't know what happened now. In "support" of game's options, it says that I need to reach customer support, but there's no other info about how or an email.
