When my app (using OpenJFX 25 and Java 25) is in fullscreen mode on Mac, JavaFX dialogs are also fullscreen. Is there any way to work around this?

Reset to default

Set the StageStyle of the dialog's window to UTILITY:

       ((Stage)dialog.getDialogPane().getScene().getWindow()).initStyle(StageStyle.UTILITY);
