So Department for Culture, Media and Sport claiming it's a win but when you look at the MINIMUM reference of over 400 prize draw operators and at the last count just 47 signatories. JUST 12% have stepped up to be honest, transparent, open and willing to implement safety measures to help protect players and the general public. It's a £1.3b annual industry with 7.4 million adults playing each year ... Wouldn't you have expected a higher sign up rate?
