Tact was founded at the beginning of 2021, fuelled by a passion to keep recruitment simple yet effective.    Since then, with our process-driven and people focussed approach, we’ve continued to grow our team with like-minded individuals who are experts in connecting good people. Businesses seem to love what we do as well, rating us as “world class” when it comes to delivering.   Alongside connecting Tech Leaders and Talent Managers with outstanding candidates, fast, we are also passionate about giving back to the Tech community through our podcast, Tact Talks and our DevLaunchPad initiative.    We hire people within Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Delivery, Data and Testing, basically anyone involved in the SDLC.   Our mission is simple..to create a world where everyone gets their dream job.     🚀 Big News for UK Tech Talent.    The UK government has just launched a major AI reform package, backed by hundreds of millions in investment and it’s a game changer for the tech talent market. Here’s what this means for tech recruitment and for candidates:   💼 Huge demand for AI talent: The government is acting as a first customer for UK AI hardware startups, supported by a £100 million “advance market commitment.” 🌍 Domestic scaling: A new “Sovereign AI Unit” (£500m+) will help British AI startups scale, more roles for AI-engineering, research, product and ops.  📍 Regional opportunity: AI Growth Zones are being expanded.
