    Time is your biggest challenge in recruiting and hiring right now.... Every second you waste, is another candidate or applicant gone to a competitor. Another placement gone to another recruiter or agency. Another hire gone to your biggest competitor. As an agency recruiter, you are competing against many many many other recruiters and many many many agencies, many many many job adverts and many many many Talent Acquisition professionals and many many many hiring managers and their networks. As a corporation, you are competing against all of your competitors, their Talent teams, their job adverts, their social media, their career pages, their hiring managers and their Recruitment Agencies. Do you see the problem? You need to move quickly and effectively, otherwise you lose and you lose big! Speed is key, efficiency is key, accuracy is key! So think about the lost time, the wasted moments, the missed opportunities, the overlooked or not seen applicants. In recruitment and hiring, you never place the absolute best person! You place the best person you come across. Now think about that for a moment! You run a search and not everyone responds, not everyone replies, not everyone engages.
