As we launch the new Dartcor Enterprises and our family of brands, I wanted to share a few reflections on what hospitality truly means — to me, and to all of us who live it every day. It’s not just about service. It’s about people. About connection, care, and the belief that how we make others feel can change how they work, live, and belong. This is what drives our team across Dartcor Hospitality, Chelsea Hospitality Group, and Ōme Caterers — and it’s the purpose that will continue to guide us forward. As Sanofi’s leadership shared with Newsweek, their US HQ at M Station was built around one simple idea: create a workplace where people actually want to come together, where every detail is considered to make collaboration seamless and enjoyable. At Chelsea Hospitality Group, we’re proud to have helped bring that vision to life. This building shows what’s possible when hospitality and community sit at the heart of every decision. We’re just getting started, but the impact is already clear—on Sanofi’s employees, on Morristown, and on how we think about work and life. This project came to life through true collaboration - with our sister brand Dartcor Hospitality, the architecture and design team at Gensler, developers at SJP Properties, Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, and of course the Sanofi Real Estate and Workplace Experience teams. Together, it became a model for how operations, tech, culture, design, real estate, and hospitality can align seamlessly. It’s been a dream project, with incredible people. About one year ago, we opened the doors to General Coffee Co with a simple mission: serve great coffee with even better hospitality. Turns out, when you combine thoughtfully sourced products and great design with a barista team that remembers your name, your order, and your dog’s name — magic happens.
