Ever wonder what goes into crafting the perfect holiday cocktail? We recently had the pleasure of teaming up with Suntory Global Spirits to create a one-of-a-kind Holiday Cocktail Guide — featured in the November issue of Cleveland Magazine. Our team coordinated a festive photo shoot with MEGANN GALEHOUSE at Lady Luck Studio, capturing the artistry of the bartenders and their cocktail creations. Each bartender submitted their original recipes, which we paired with the photos to showcase the holiday “spirit!” Check out this behind-the-scenes look at what went into creating this party-ready cocktail guide. It was a great collaboration! What’s your favorite holiday drink? #clevelandstudios #videomarketing #behindthescenes #contentcreation

What happens when your video shoot ends with a spontaneous polar plunge? 💦 Our recent shoot with Deckcreator started as a chilly but beautiful afternoon showcasing one of their incredible outdoor entertainment spaces. Cameras rolling, stories unfolding — and then… someone decided to take “end on a splash” a bit literally. 😆 It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do — turning authentic moments into stories worth sharing (even if it means freezing for the perfect shot). Big thanks to our friends at Deckcreator for the creative collaboration and to our team — Carrie Largent, Megan Rosta Walcutt, Ann-Marie Vazzano Jeffries, Julie Bialowas, and Jacquie Chakirelis — for making every shoot a great story in itself. Stay tuned for the finished video — we promise it’s as refreshing as that post-shoot dive! #ClevelandStudios #VideoProduction #Storytelling #BehindTheScenes #ClevelandMarketing

We’re honored to work with the City of Rocky River each year to create the Rocky River Resident Reference — a publication designed to inform, connect and celebrate this vibrant community. Hearing from readers like Sherri Banta reminds us why this project means so much: "I want to say how great I think the Rocky River Resident Reference is... I returned to the area last fall, opened a second location, and plan to live here 7 months a year. It helped me feel not so much like a stranger in a familiar land. Thank you!" — Sherri Banta We’re grateful for the opportunity to help make Rocky River feel a little more like home, one page at a time. We're inspired by how creator-style storytelling is transforming both journalism and brand content. At Cleveland Studios, we believe passion + authenticity are the future of media — whether it’s covering a 1,444-mile trail, a national news story, or even a plate of chicken wings. Excited to keep experimenting and collaborating in this space.
When journalists become creators, do the stories connect better? Across the industry, we’re seeing media embrace creator-style storytelling—and it’s changing the way audiences connect with content. Take The Washington Post's Creator Hub: a new six-month initiative where select reporters focus on personality-driven, social-first storytelling. It’s news with a human face, built for today’s platforms. Or Cleveland Magazine's Annie Nickoloff, whose immersive Buckeye Trail story feels less like a traditional feature and more like an emotional, multimedia journey. And right here at Cleveland Studios, we tested the model with our annual Wing Week—inviting a local Instagram creator to taste-test specials from participating restaurants. The collaboration wasn’t about reach; it was about his authentic passion for storytelling (and chicken wings). The result? Content that resonated with audiences because it felt real. The common thread: personality-led, multi-platform storytelling that builds trust and engagement. I am digging in more deeply to this industry shift this on my Substack, and would love to hear your thoughts. #creators

We love working with them to produce the quarterly Forests & Gardens membership magazine. Last week we got to live out that mission at the beautiful Holden Arboretum, where we explored the massive grounds and fun attractions. Thanks to everyone at Holden for hosting us. We can’t wait to get back, and we love being your partner. #Clevelandstudios #localpartnerships #greatwork
