Compass announced our third quarter 2025 earnings results today. Compass real estate professionals closed $70.7 billion in sales volume and closed 67,886 transactions, up 22% year over year, while the overall market grew just 2%, which means Compass outpaced the market’s growth by 20%. This marks the 18th consecutive quarter, spanning our entire history as a public company, that Compass has outperformed the market. These results were made possible by the commitment and passion of our real estate professionals and employees who helped us deliver our strongest Q3 ever – thank you!
