The Encompass Executive Experience Leadership Academy --E3 -- is a unique leadership cohort experience designed to elevate individuals personally and professionally to the next level and beyond in their career calling. With a unique focus on the total person, E3 develops our leadership and followership abilities to produce transformational leaders that develop transformational leaders. The experience leverages a faculty of highly qualified practitioners and subject-matter experts delivered through a combination of in-person facilitation, virtual workshops, and weekly touchpoints.
