Shoutout to Ariel Thorne and Aaron Winik, who had New York school leaders on their feet during our workshop, Resets: The Science of Regulating Before Responding. We are grateful to our partners in New York and across the country who are working hard to ensure all students can learn in safe, supportive environments.

⭐ Congratulations to our partner, Ventnor Elementary School, which was just named a 2025 New Jersey Blue Ribbon School for closing the achievement gap! Now in our fifth year of partnership, Effective School Solutions has supported teachers, staff, and administrators through our professional learning and coaching on the Nurtured Heart Approach, the Trauma Attuned Model, and culturally responsive practices. We are honored to play an ongoing role in the district’s focus on social-emotional learning, which enables students to be more receptive to academic interventions and learning.
