Last week, WHY NOT Leadership delivered our very first Conversational Management Test Drive — and to say it was a success would be an understatement. Together with our clients, we explored what it really means to go from boss → coach. Here’s what stood out: 🔹 Asking great questions empowers direct reports to solve their own challenges. 🔹 Focusing on the person instead of just the problem changes everything. 🔹 Listening — really listening — creates space for growth and trust. 🔹 Open-ended questions spark new ideas and unlock potential. The team didn’t just sit through a lecture — they practiced. They gave feedback. They challenged each other. And they walked away with clear ways to apply these skills in real leadership moments.
