On October 3rd, our Fort Lupton Mill opened its doors to celebrate Manufacturing Day, a national event that showcases the creativity, technology, and innovation behind modern manufacturing. This year, we proudly unveiled Nexcast®, our new patented continuous Caster — a major leap forward in sustainable and energy-efficient aluminum production. More than 200 attendees joined us to explore our operations, meet the teams behind our products, and celebrate with a cookout, ice cream, and our famous employee Auto Show. 👉 Find out more details in our latest blog post! https://lnkd.in/gMwS8Ts9

In 1903, the Wright Brothers made aviation history with a lightweight engine block made from aluminum. It was the first time aluminum took flight—and more than a century later, it’s still propelling aviation to new heights. At Golden Aluminum, we’re proud to carry that same spirit of innovation to the American aluminum industry.

Aluminum is making a quiet comeback in consumer tech. Apple’s current iPhone lineup already incorporates aluminum—enclosures on some models and recycled aluminum in internal structures on others—and reports suggest next year’s Pro models could return to a full aluminum enclosure. Why the renewed interest? Aluminum offers lightness, strength, and exceptional thermal management—plus a clear advantage in recyclability. Golden Aluminum celebrates every step toward smarter, more circular design—wherever it happens.

Team Golden Aluminum’s at it again! Big congrats to Danielle Suprick, our Training and Development Leader, for leading the “Designing Onboarding Through a Job Analysis Lens” talk at this year’s Manufacturing Institute Workforce Summit! In her session, Danielle showed how we’re helping new hires build the skills they need to succeed faster in the manufacturing industry, while strengthening the GAI team. Not many manufacturing organizations take this kind of strategic, skills-based approach to onboarding and development, and we’re proud to be one of them. Let’s hear it for Danielle!

Aluminum demand is accelerating worldwide. By 2030, North America alone will face a shortfall of 1M tons every year — and globally, demand is projected to rise ~40%. EVs, packaging, construction, and infrastructure are driving this shift, creating a shortfall of ~33M tons that traditional casting can’t cover. That’s why Golden Aluminum is prepared to meet tomorrow’s needs today with Nexcast® — a high-technology continuous caster that’s compact, efficient, and flexible.
