👏👏 Community is at Our Core This past Friday, our Legal & HR team spent their VTO day giving back to the Penrose School community in South Philadelphia, where our Paralegal Brittany’s sister, Chelsea, serves as a school counselor. Each year, the school hosts a Thanksgiving feast, and our team was grateful for the opportunity to help serve 400+ students and staff while sharing plenty of smiles with the kids and teachers. We’re so proud of our team for showing up with heart, enthusiasm, and a spirit of service. And a special thank you to Brittany Kaplan for coordinating this meaningful day. We already can’t wait for next year! 💙👐

VEGAS RECAP 🎉 Hard to believe it’s already been three weeks since our Hand & Stone community came together in Las Vegas for this year’s International Conference. Thanks to the incredibly talented Amelia Singer for capturing the energy, connection, and momentum that made this event so special.

We’re excited to welcome Saviola Jean as our new HR Coordinator, reporting to Sharron Gaymon!   In her role, Saviola supports essential HR operations—including onboarding, employee record management, benefits support, and ongoing service for both corporate and spa employees—helping us continue to enhance the employee experience from day one. Saviola comes to us from Covenant House Pennsylvania, where she supported multiple locations and played a key role in onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and employee support. She brings strong HR systems expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative, service-minded approach.   She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in International Business from Rosemont College and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resource Development at Villanova University. We’re thrilled to welcome Kelsey Dockins as our Senior Director of Communications, reporting to Julie Hauser-Blanner! Kelsey brings more than 15 years of experience in communications, brand strategy, and operations across some of the most respected brands in hospitality, food & beverage, and wellness. Throughout her career, Kelsey has built a reputation for connecting people to purpose through compelling storytelling, thoughtful strategy, and seamless execution. She has led large-scale internal and external communications programs that strengthened franchise engagement, elevated brand visibility, and delivered measurable business impact. Most recently, as Senior Director of Communications & Training at Tropical Smoothie Café, she led communications for more than 1,300 franchisees and developed training and learning solutions across all levels of the organization. Her ability to translate vision into clear, actionable messaging will be instrumental as we continue to elevate our brand voice, engage our franchise community, and align our system around a shared purpose.
