Have your employees on HDHPs ever been confused about using telehealth? They had good reason to be. Until recently, using low-cost telehealth services pre-deductible could disqualify an employee from contributing to their HSA—a massive barrier to accessing simple, affordable care. The great news: during open enrollment this year, employees choosing to enroll in HDHPs won't have to worry about that anymore.
