AI in healthcare doesn’t fail because the models are weak. It falls short when interactions break down.   In our new report, Vinod Gowda and Rishabh Nadkarni explore why life sciences teams need a more deliberate, human-centered approach to AI, and how clear human-AI interaction guidelines can make systems more intuitive and easier to trust.   Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/dJVP-nA3 #PractitionerLevelConfidence

𝟔𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐎 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 — 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚’𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. Search ecosystem has quietly shifted into a 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨-𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. AI assistants summarize answers instantly. Copilots filter pages before anyone sees them. And traditional SEO — built on keywords, rankings, and CTR — is losing signal. The data and facts are hard to ignore: → 𝟑𝟓% 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 → 𝟔𝟑% 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 → Users land less frequently on owned assets → “Presence in AI answers” is becoming the new 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 The tension is real: You’re still producing compliant content for humans… …but AI agents are increasingly your first and most frequent readers. But here’s the shift many teams are just starting to confront: Pharma doesn’t only need SEO. It needs 𝐆𝐄𝐎 — Generative Engine Optimization — plus a scalable way to produce machine-ready content. And that’s where agentic workflows change the game. → Task agents convert large content libraries into structured Q&A → SME agents ensure medical nuance, compliance, safety, and intent → Machine-readable interfaces (MCP, A2A, NL Web) prevent hallucinations by letting AI agents query approved answers → GEO-aligned structures can boost AI-summary inclusion by 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝟒𝟎% The competitive edge? Content that AI agents can accurately interpret, cite, and surface — without hallucination risk. • 🎤 Indegene was delighted to host senior leaders from across the pharmaceutical industry for an evening of discussion, connection and insight at the historic Pharmacy Museum in Basel. Chaired by DT Consulting’s Head of Strategy, Jeff S. French, the roundtable brought together an exceptional group of leaders including Andressa van der Laan, BMS MSc (Abbott), Tiana Homsani (Takeda), Franz Bernhart (FxD Advisory), Diogo Silva (CSL), Peter Meeus (Galderma), Mutlu G. (BeOne) and Antonio Martin MD PhD (Sanofi), along with Indegene colleagues Thomas Frei, Vijayaraghavan S, Ashish Sharma, Gobin Chandra, Denis Dugré and Harikrishnan A M. Key themes included the need for consistent adoption of foundational capabilities, the prioritization of omnichannel through clear brand and market archetypes, cultural and leadership barriers to experience transformation, and the connection between DEMA capabilities and CXQ outcomes. The leaders explored the correlation between high-impact capabilities - particularly mature strategy, planning and governed feedback loops- and improved customer outcomes. The group also reflected on the early but fragmented experimentation with AI - largely focused on internal efficiencies - and the need to shift toward integrated approaches that drive real customer experience outcomes. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us - the perspectives, energy and openness made the Basel roundtable truly memorable. #PractitionerLevelConfidence

Incredible session yesterday at NEXT Pharma Summit '25 Vienna! Polly Lutter moderated a powerful discussion on the question shaping our industry: Can AI and creativity coexist in pharma marketing? Three key debates emerged: 🟢 Strategic content vs. scaled output—are we creating smarter or just creating more? 🟢 The future of creative teams in an AI-powered world 🟢 Whether true personalization at scale is possible across markets? The takeaway: AI isn't replacing creativity. It is challenging us to be more strategic about how we solve problems and deliver customer value. Huge thanks to our panelists Dr. Michael Kurr and Mostafa Taha for their honest insights and bold perspectives. These are the conversations that move our industry forward. Proud that Indegene was a Gold Sponsor of this transformative summit! #PractitionrLevelConfidence

    >NEXT CX & AI 25’ Vienna – Reimagining Engagement> Reimagining Engagement: Creativity & Connection in the Age of AI A beautifully balanced session moderated by Polly Lutter, who guided the discussion with clarity and creative energy. Dr. Michael Kurr (Boehringer Ingelheim) ➡️ “We are here to serve the patients.” Marc Koolen (GSK) ➡️ “The role of global teams has changed.” ➡️ “You need to allow a little bit of space.” ➡️ And the key question he raised: “Who’s gonna pay the prize?” Mostafa Taha (Merck Healthcare) ➡️ “AI will help you. Not everyone is very familiar with various topics.” 🟣 A session that brought together creativity, practicality and the reminder that in the age of AI, engagement still begins with understanding people — their needs, their pace, their complexity.
