One of those leaders is someone very close to our hearts and business: Louis C. Seno, Jr. Seno, JSSI Chairman Emeritus and Executive Director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA). Lou transformed a lifelong passion for aviation into an extraordinary career. In this role, she spearheaded the transformation of crew scheduling tools from legacy mainframe systems to a modern technology stack, fostering collaboration between pilot and flight attendant organizations to deliver significant time and cost savings. “Molly is a dynamic leader and executive that has a track record of delivering superior results and positive change throughout her career.
