Named after Linchris co-founder, Lindsay Gistis, the Lindsays celebrate teams that have excelled in the areas of sales, marketing, & revenue management. Two hotels are selected each year, one that is below 150 rooms, and another that is 150 or more rooms. The winners this year were the Best Western Springfield Hotel and the Allegria Hotel. Congratulations to both teams for their exemplary work in 2024! Accepting the award for the team in Springfield were (L-R) General Manager Stephanie Griffin and Director of Sales Nick Fisher. The property was acquired by the Linchris Special Opportunity Fund III and represents the Fund’s fourth investment. The 347-room property is conveniently situated just off I-29, within three miles of Kansas City International Airport, and is just a short drive from Downtown Kansas City, Kauffman Stadium, and Arrowhead Stadium. We are excited to offer Hilton's signature service, distinct culinary experiences, and premier meeting space.
