Investing in our people means investing in the right tools. Recently, Loenbro rolled out 370 Apple iPads to make time tracking easier & faster for our crews in the field, which are quickly growing in numbers! This is the largest drop of tech devices in a single shipment that Loenbro has had, to date (by far!)…as we grow, we’re proud of our ability to keep our focus where it belongs: on our team & their needs! #innovation

Last week, our amazing IT team took the stage at the 2025 Trimble (Vista) Dimensions User Conference to share a powerful example of how smart customization can solve real business challenges! Josh C., Loenbro Business Systems Sr. Manager, and Elise K., Loenbro Vista Administrator, were invited to present our customized Vista solution for complex PTO policies via development of an automated PTO setup— and they absolutely delivered. This solution reduces errors and improves PTO management, companywide—and we couldn’t be more proud of Josh and Elise for representing Loenbro and sharing a solution that others in the Trimble community can learn from! #LeadingAtLoenbro

On Wednesday, November 5th Loenbro participated in the ABC Central Texas Careers in Construction event, introducing the construction industry to high school students throughout Central Texas. This event provides a hands-on, comprehensive overview of the diverse and endless career paths in commercial construction. With 700+ students in attendance from over 15 school districts, we showcased career opportunities and highlighted Loenbro as a great place to build a career. Our team had a great time getting to engage with the next generation of electrical workers and encourage them to pursue a career in construction! #CareersInConstruction

Last week, offices across our regions turned up the heat with festive chili cookoffs and costume contests! Teams also collected canned goods to support local food programs, and in Montana, we partnered with United Way to learn about and raise money for their various community programs. We’re grateful for the time we get to spend together sharing laughs, great food, friendly competition, and the chance to give back! A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make it such a fun event! #team #community
