Our most recent project in Belmont, MA 📍 Our solution focused on smart expansion rather than large-scale alteration. We identified unused attic space as a key opportunity and transformed it into a functional bedroom suite, complete with natural light, storage, and privacy. This move added significant livable square footage without expanding the building envelope. In addition, a modest second-floor bump-out allowed us to create a spacious new primary suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, further enhancing the home’s appeal to potential buyers. Together, these changes improved the home’s layout, boosted its market value, and maintained a strong return on investment for the client.

2 YEARS OF MAKING ARCHITECTURE 🎉 🎈 As we look back we give thanks for this incredible two years in business. It has been an amazing journey for us! What started as a team of 2 has now grown to a team of 3 and will quickly become a team of 4. We have worked in several residential and commercial projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and even as far as Florida this year. We have been working in some really big projects we couldn’t have ever imagined two years ago. Over the last year we have completed over 50+ projects ranging in scale from ADUs and simple remodels to new construction and commercial. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our amazing clients, partners, builders and collaborators we have had the honor to work with this past two years. And thank God for this amazing journey he has allowed us to continue!! For many more years 🥂

We’re excited to share one of our recent projects, a complete remodel and addition that included a sunken living room with 16-foot ceilings, a new primary bedroom and bath, and a beautifully reimagined kitchen. A key design element is the dramatic wall of modern black-framed windows, which fills the living room with natural light and creates a strong connection to the outdoors. The windows highlight the scale of the space while adding a modern contrast to the warmth of natural materials throughout the home. To help our clients visualize the design, we created detailed renderings, and it was rewarding to see their enthusiasm as the project came to life. We’re grateful for the opportunity to design such a dynamic space, and for the craftsmanship of Titans Builders in turning the vision into reality 🏠

Our Uncommoner Hotel Project in Cape Cod, MA is finally open! Inspired by the eclectic and storied atmosphere of 1930s Marseille—a French port city known for its global travelers, maritime romance, and art deco influences—we led a complete architectural reimagining of the motel. Working closely with the branding and interior design teams, we developed a cohesive concept that turns each room into a traveler’s vignette, and the overall site into a cinematic, story-rich environment. Architectural interventions included reworking the facade for human scale and warmth, improving circulation and privacy, and crafting gathering spaces that evoke the camaraderie of harbor towns. Material choices, lighting, and exterior detailing all reinforce the narrative, resulting in a boutique destination that feels timeless, character-rich, and deeply transportive.

Our client wanted a large open concept addition that connected with the outdoors. This was achieved by connecting each space to the new deck which serves as an extension of their living space. This interior space includes a modern new kitchen, a generous butler pantry, a living room. The deck features a built in hot tub, lounge space, and dining area. The addition also features 10’ ceilings and skylights to allow as much light as possible in the space, and further strengthen the connection with the outdoors. 📍Westford, MA

We’re excited to announce that one of our two adaptive reuse project to convert a historic mill building into 10 new condominiums has received preliminary municipal approval! 🎉 This project is more than a renovation, it’s a response to the growing need for diverse housing options in Southern New Hampshire. By reimagining an underutilized structure, we’re helping to increase housing supply while preserving the architectural character that makes this community unique. On to the next phase, more updates soon!
