Science touches every part of our lives — yet journalists around the world struggle for the space, trust, and resources needed to tell science stories. These themes were also explored in a recent The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine webinar, Advancing High-Quality Science Journalism: Challenges and Pathways Forward, which examined both the obstacles and the opportunities for strengthening science, health, and medical reporting in an evolving media landscape.
