About us
Navitus Health Solutions is a pioneering pharmacy solutions provider, having launched one of the first transparent PBMs over 20 years ago. Unlike traditional PBMs that profit from opaque pricing, Navitus passes 100% of negotiated rebates and discounts directly to health plans and plan sponsors. Its clinical model is built to manage spend from the start, making key decisions that support member health while lowering costs. This in turn drives both immediate value and long-term savings, by managing trend over time. Navitus Health Solutions delivers a range of services through portfolio brands including Navitus, Lumicera and Archimedes. Owned by SSM Health and Costco Wholesale Corporation, the company serves over 18 million members across 800 clients, including public and private sector employers, unions, health plans and health systems. Looking ahead to 2026, it won’t just be another year of rising drug costs. It will be a transformative year for how pharmacy benefits are designed, priced and managed. As cost-plus pricing models, unbundled service structures and medical specialty carve-outs gain momentum, plan sponsors will need to rethink their pharmacy benefit strategies to stay ahead. The new market realities call for greater transparency, flexibility and sustainable value. And partnering with the right pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) will make all the difference. At Navitus, we’re aligned by design and well-positioned for the complexity. Our adaptable model helps plan sponsors deliver quality care at the lowest net cost while protecting member access. Last week, Navitus joined thousands of benefit leaders for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) Annual Conference. Thank you to everyone who connected with us at the conference. Our conversations reinforced what we hear from clients every day: plans need a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partner that delivers clarity, alignment and lasting value. At Navitus, we’ve been doing exactly that for more than 20 years. By returning 100% of rebates, giving plans full visibility into pharmacy spend and ensuring care is never compromised, we’ve proven there’s a better way to manage benefits. Want to see how we turn these ideas into lasting results? Reach out to us at sales@navitus.com to move from conversation to action. #IFEBP2025

We’re proud to recognize our own Ashley Golter, PharmD, for co-authoring the study featured in the Journal of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (JPSW), “Impact of a Mail-Based Intervention on Adherence to Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOAC) Among Medicare and Medicaid Beneficiaries.” This research shows how our mail-based prescriber interventions can significantly improve medication adherence. These findings are important given the impact of DOAC adherence on reducing stroke risk and associated health care costs. Congratulations, Ashley, for advancing solutions that make a real difference.
