Gen Con 2025 is a wrap! — and this year was our biggest yet. From a fully in-house Gundam Card Game booth design and multi-point on-site sponsor activation , retail that sold out daily by 8 AM, running massive tournaments at Lucas Oil Stadium and across online platforms — Play Interactive and Bandai Card Games made our biggest mark yet at Gen Con. Over 60,000 attendees and almost 4,000 players engaged across every format in one of the most exciting tabletop experiences of the year. Our team led creative, fabrication, and on-site execution across: • A branded demo experience with exclusive promos. • Custom fabricated booth with unique design to highlight the iconic IP. • Merchandising support to drive trial and sales at the booth. We were proud to partner once again with the Bandai Card Game team & Toei Animation to deliver five unique activations at Anime Expo 2025! Including the landmark One Piece x LA Dodgers collaboration. Building on a four-year relationship with the brand, Play! Interactive was tasked with elevating the attendee experience while operating within a modest budget — a challenge our team met with creativity, precision, and passion. This year also marked a major milestone for us: for the first time, all booth fabrication was brought fully in-house. This not only gave us greater creative control but allowed us to provide even more value and flexibility to our partners. A huge thank you to our staff and collaborators who made this possible.
