In August and October, #TeamSony members from Sony North America's Accessibility Promotion office visited the San Diego Center for the Blind. During the visits, they gave a demo of the new WH-1000XM6 headphones and the 2025 BRAVIA 9 TV. Together, they shared and discussed the accessibility features available on Sony's latest product releases. The demos were well-received by the participants. It is always a pleasure to visit the Center, and we look forward to providing more demos in the future. #Accessibility #InclusiveDesign

This Veterans Day, #TeamSony salutes the bravery of those who served our nation. We are deeply grateful for your dedication and service. Upholding our commitment, we partnered with FourBlock to facilitate a successful transition for veterans into the workforce. Last week, we were honored to host an "Interviewing Successfully" virtual workshop, tailored for the FourBlock program. With eager veterans and our dedicated employees, we conducted mock interviews and shared career insights. Accessibility is at the heart of creating experiences that everyone can enjoy. Recently, our colleague Mahyar (Mike) Nejat, joined a panel discussion at M-Enabling Summit, annual conference and showcase of the Global Initiative for Inclusive Information and Communication Technologies (G3ict), held in Washington, D.C., to promote accessible technologies and environments for individuals with disabilities and older persons. Mike shared insights on Sony North America's accessibility strategy and our ongoing efforts to make our products and workplaces more inclusive. At Sony North America, we believe accessibility is not just about compliance--it's about empowering every individual and delivering Kando (empathy) through technology. October was #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth and our Asian and Women led employee networks came together to host a deeply moving and empowering event that reminded us of the strength within our community. One of the most impactful moments came from Jordan Miller-Mandel, Senior Social Media Strategist at Sony Electronics, who courageously shared her personal breast cancer journey. Her story shed light on the rise of breast cancer in young women and the steps she took toward recovery. Jordan’s openness, resilience, and advocacy left a lasting impression on everyone in the room. Last month, #TeamSony along with family and friends from San Diego to San Jose participated in I Love A Clean San Diego's 41st annual #CoastalCleanUpDay. Our team members contributed to the 139,000 pounds of trash and 39,000 pounds of recyclable materials collected this year. We extend a heartfelt gratitude to everyone who volunteered their time to help protect our oceans and beaches for future generations.
