But as demand increased, gate production remained highly manual and labor-intensive. Together with AWL, Tarter turned that challenge into an opportunity. Through smart robotics, they boosted output, improved quality, and empowered their team with hands-on training and support. That’s what true partnership in automation looks like. ▶️ Watch the story #Automation #Manufacturing #Innovation #Efficiency #Partnership

  • Tarter USA is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with Wilson Biochar Associates. This collaboration will significantly increase the production and distribution of the Ring of Fire Biochar Kiln®, making it more accessible to landowners and land managers across North America and beyond. The Ring of Fire Biochar Kiln® allows users to convert woody biomass into high-quality biochar efficiently. Biochar is a highly porous charcoal that improves soil health, increases water retention, and helps mitigate climate change by capturing carbon. By leveraging Tarter USA’s extensive manufacturing capabilities and distribution network, this partnership will meet the growing demand for sustainable agricultural tools. We are excited to combine our legacy of quality manufacturing with Wilson Biochar’s innovative technology to help a wider range of customers improve their land management practices.
