He will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across our manufacturing footprint, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.   Jason brings decades of leadership experience in manufacturing and operations, most recently serving as EVP of Manufacturing at Growscape, formerly HC Companies. He has a strong track record of delivering results through process optimization, safety leadership, and empowering high-performing teams.
