Thank you to Rachel Morris and ECON member Susan Weathersby for joining us today to share about the vital work of The Next Door Recovery. 🌿 Their team is making an incredible impact in the lives of women navigating recovery. Did you know The Next Door Recovery is the only treatment center in the Southeast that will accept pregnant women up to 38 weeks? With addiction touching so many families, their work is critical. Each year, they help nearly 1,500 women in our Nashville community, offering hope, healing, and recovery. Through ECON Charities, we are honored to support their Family Enrichment Program—helping clients strengthen connections with their families so they can be supported well when they transition home after their 28-day program.🌿 Grateful for the chance to learn more and partner in this meaningful work! #CommunityImpact #ECONCharities #TheNextDoorRecovery #NonprofitLeadership #NashvilleCommunity #Nashville #EconomicClubofNashville

She has dedicated herself not only to The Next Door Recovery but also to empowering women everywhere. Her outstanding leadership, tireless dedication, and genuine compassion for advocating for substance use and mental health treatment continue to inspire us all. A special thank you to Mary Linden Salter, Executive Director of TAADAS (TN Association of Alcohol, Drug, and other Addiction Services), and Mark Lasko, CEO of Samaritan Recovery Community, for presenting this award. We also extend our congratulations to Tracey Levine, CEO of Healing Housing, Inc., for being honored as Volunteer of the Year!

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in dynamic settings and is committed to collaboration, attention to detail, and high-quality patient care. Experience working in an MAT clinic and/or substance use disorder (SUD) treatment is preferred. If you’re ready to join a passionate team and support life-changing care, apply here!

Yesterday, we were honored to welcome Senator Marsha Blackburn to The Next Door Recovery for a special visit and tour of our Nashville campus. Her daughter, Mary Morgan Kitchell, also joined us and we’re grateful for her partnership through (NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition as we work together to support women on their journey of healing and restoration. We are thankful for leaders who take the time to witness the power of faith-based recovery and who advocate for women breaking free from cycles of addiction, trauma, and trafficking. 💜

Big thanks to Path Recovery for hosting such a fun networking event today! Today was a great reminder of how refreshing it is to get outside, connect with awesome people, and perhaps most importantly, treat kickball like the Olympic sport it clearly is.
