“If it wasn’t for Nancy, I wouldn’t be standing here,” says Doreen Klotz, a Florida customer service associate who nominated her teammate, pharmacist Nancy Klein, for an Act of Heroism award in our internal recognition program. After Klotz was discharged from the ER following a health scare on a work trip, she stopped answering calls and texts. Meet Sean Bly and Stephen Bly—identical twins, pharmacy interns and recipients of Walgreens’ Pharmacy Educational Assistance Program scholarships.
