Engaging candidates with smart outreach

- [Instructor] Now, let's see. All candidates are reviewed. I gave feedback to Hiring Assistant and some evaluation. I am now ready to engage with them. I can do so individually by clicking on the envelope icon or select all candidates in my pipeline and click the message icon. And because this is the outreach setting I selected earlier, messages have already been generated by AI. All I need to do right now is review these messages to ensure they feed the tone and brand guidelines and customize to my liking. I can highlight some text in bold or italic, add some hyperlink, bullet points, or attach some documents to the message. Each and every message sent to these 15 customers will be customized automatically. If I am satisfied with the message and its level of details, I can then scroll down to review if I want to set up some follow up, but more important and brand new with Hiring Assistant, you can save time with automated prescreening. If you select add for all, you're giving Hiring Assistant permission to start prescreening after candidate interest or when triggered manually. It means it uses your approved intro and questions and candidates can opt-out any time. You can monitor progress, take over at any time, and your summary after completion. All messages note that from the assistant LinkedIn may review conversations for improvement. Once that's set up, you can either send a message to that particular candidate or send to all. And that's it. It took me about 15 minutes to create a brand new project with Hiring Assistant leading to the stage when I'm contacting potential candidates already. Now I can keep up with Hiring Assistant notification, fine tune my qualifications or requirements, review more candidates, or evaluate them, or simply wait for these candidates I just contacted to get back to me. In the meantime, I can continue my learning journey on Hiring Assistant and LinkedIn's AI powered feature. I'll show you that in the next video.
