I would recommended this course to people who wants to clarify some responsibility boundaries between the product manager and the product marketing manager. I also find this relevant for those starting to learn about different roles in the marketing process. I have been a brand marketing manager and I took this course to apply some of the product marketing tasks to future endeavours.
