Investigate threats with AWS Detective
- [Narrator] Let's say that despite your best efforts, someone navigated around the shields to your Starship, got on board and dug around in your computer core. Your security officer is going to want to start an investigation into what happened and determine if anything was stolen. AWS Detective can log and then scan through all your VPC logs and scan your cloud trail data and tell you which AWS users or resources were making suspicious API calls and what they were trying to do. Then once your investigation is complete, you can take action based upon your investigation. You can find Detective in the services search in the AWS console, and you just click on get started to start collecting the data that you need for your future investigations.
