This comes as no surprise as 87% of professionals say that remote work options improve their overall work-life balance. Remote work is here to stay, so we should get this communication thing right. To establish clear communication channels for virtual team, you can start by using project management tools like Trello or Asana to keep track of tasks and deadlines. My team uses Slack and Trello to keep on track and on the same page. We also use these tools during our weekly calls to clarify anything that is confusing. And yes, we do weekly team video calls. This helps us stay more connected and up-to-date. By establishing these channels, we create a shared understanding and improve collaboration.
