- [Instructor] When you've finished your presentation, you can simply share the PowerPoint document with those who need to view it. But if you are sending it externally, or you don't want people to make changes, it's more polished and professional to send it out as a PDF. Especially if you've created visuals that contain links, you really don't want people to be making changes to your file. There are a few different ways that you can save as a PDF, so let's have a look at our final presentation, and have a look at how to do that. So, if you've got access to Adobe, you can go straight in there, but if you don't have it, you can use Print, and Print to PDF. And let's just save over that one there.
