- [Person Off-Camera] In this data set, we have candidates. On day one, we were supposed to have had Marvelle, Thea, Mason, Jenny, Angela, Reuben. Jenny was a no-show, as were Kelvin on day three, day six, Jay and Richard were no-shows, et cetera. We want to reshape this data. First, remove any no-shows. And second, starting in column K, sort the names alphabetically without spaces for the no-shows. So in K3, we want to see Angela's name and alphabetically through Thea. All right, pause the video and then come on back after you've worked that out. (upbeat music) Let's do it. I'm going to highlight the data because I first want to get rid of the no-shows. Go to Find Select, Replace. Find what? Well, you see the preview is already there showing the strike-through, but I'm going to show you anyway, okay. Format, choose Format from Cell. That's what I want to find. And let's select Kelvin's name.…
