Create an email template
- [Instructor] If you find that you're creating the same email reply over and over again, you can save it as a template. I'm going to click the Compose button. Start by composing the body of your email reply. In this case, I'll paste some text in. We get people that write to us a lot about a product that's been discontinued. And they write a lot, so I'm going to save my response that I send to everybody as a template. I pasted the response in. At the bottom of the email, click the three dots where it says More Options, hover your mouse over Templates, and then choose Save Draft as Template. From here, I'll click Save as New Template. Give it a name. I'll call this one New Product. And click Save. I can just delete this draft. I don't need it anymore. We're ready to give it a try. Here's an email that just came in with that same question. I'll click Reply.
