- [Instructor] All right, let's go a little bit more in depth into the ITAF. So what I want to be able to demonstrate or provide is I want to provide confidence in the credibility of my audit, right? I'm not just going to go in there with a notepad and start jotting down notes. I have standards and guidelines that I want to adhere to, and that's exactly what the Information Technology Assurance Framework is all about. So I'm going to just show you the table of contents, and this isn't the full table of contents, but I just wanted to kind of give you a little bit of vision of what's in the ITAF. So we start with general standards about the audit capability. And so we talk about starting off with an audit charter. Now, I want you to notice that standards are in the 1000 range, while the guidelines are in the 2000 range.
