You can also calculate all of your data with totals and subtotals. After watching this video, you'll know how to apply subtotals and totals to your data and how to group and ungroup columns and rows. Let's take a look at our 0305 group data workbook. On the 2022 sales worksheet, we have all of the information for 2022 for quarters one, two, three, and four. Wouldn't it be nice if we could summarize this information and get a subtotal for each of the quarters and then a grand total for all four quarters?
