- [Narrator] Plans and to-do tasks are often cross-referenced with communications, in presentations, and in reports. A link to a plan can be copied to the clipboard for this purpose. Start with the plan in view, and then select the ellipses here at the top. From the menu, select copy link to plan. A notification appears that the link has been copied to the clipboard. Let's go ahead and close that. Next, go to where you want to paste this link. For this example, I have a Microsoft Teams chat started here, and I'm going to paste that right here. I'll use the keyboard shortcut control-V to paste that in. There you go. Something else that we could do is instead of having this really long link like this, if I'm saying here's the intern onboarding plan, I can select the text and then use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-K. That's the same keyboard shortcut for inserting a hyperlink in other places, like if you were working in an Outlook email or in a Word document, a PowerPoint presentation, you…
