Publishing an app
- [Instructor] Dashboards and reports can be bundled into apps and distributed to a larger group. Start with the workspace list in view and then select Update app. Here we are with the Setup tab. You'll need to give the app a name, we already have Marketing as the name. You also need to give it a description. You can also include a support site, an app logo, and customize the app theme color if needed. Let's move to the Navigation tab. The Navigation tab includes all of the reports and dashboards as they would be listed within the app. From here you can move these reports and dashboards around using the up and the down arrow. If there's something that doesn't need to be visible, select Hide. Let's move on to the Permissions tab. This is where you can grant access to specific individuals or a group, and you can also grant access to the entire organization. Let's select the radio button for entire organization.
