Scheduling fabrication parts
- [Instructor] Might as well take this past the goal line. The next logical step is to get a schedule pumped out. The objective of this video is to create a scheduled list of fabrication parts, documented with an image of each part along with the part number. Under models, let's go open, browse where you're keeping your exercise files. Go to fabrication scheduling, click Open. On the view tab, go to Schedules. Let's go to schedule quantities for the category name search, type in "fab." Now, we're starting to see MEP fabrication. What do you want to do? Let's go with fabrication pipe work, click Okay. There's a lot we can do, click the available fields from, let's scroll down. Let's find the family. Let's add that. Grab image. Add that. Maybe move that up. Definitely going to want length, can add that. Count, we're going to want that. Fabrication service, we'll add that. We can get rid of some of these as we see fit.…
