- [Instructor] The closing of your email is your last chance to make a good impression. Emphasize action items and give readers a way to reach you if they have questions. First, finish with a positive statement or a message of gratitude. For example, thank you for taking the time to review Alyssa's proposal. Your expertise is going to be a big help. And then if your email is on the long side you may want to gently restate what you want. For example, adding something like I look forward to seeing your comments on Friday. There are many acceptable ways to sign off an email and your corporate culture should be your guide. Yours in suds and brushes may be fine with your coworkers at the dog washery after you've gotten into the groove, but in general stick with the tried and true professional options.
