When I first started at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Madison Downtown I was told by someone I admire that “ I will find new ways each day to feel as lucky as possible to work at this hotel”…. That person was not wrong! I am proud to call this hotle my home, and even prouder to work along side each of these incredible individuals. Genuine care and dedication cannot be faked they are felt, seen, and experienced by everyone. People can instantly recognize authenticity, and it’s the heart of what makes a team exceptional. When you bring together individuals who not only care deeply but are passionate about what they do, why they do it, and the people they do it with that’s where the magic happens. Each and every member of this team contributes to that magic, and it shines through in every interaction and every action. They are the driving force behind everything we accomplish, and I am truly honored to witness it firsthand. Keep shining brightly, team.
